★★★★★
PositiveExcellent care given. There for rehab and rooms are suites. Staff is wonderful. Got great care and they are so nice there. Highly recommend rosecrest and it leaders and staff. Such a beautiful and great place.
★★★★★
PositiveThey provided excellent care to my grandmother for over 5 years. Grateful to all the staff. They accommodated food requests and even care suggestions to bring her recliner out to the hallway so we could be more engaged. They were wonderful.
★★★★★
PositiveExcellent care given to my grandmother.
★★★★★
CriticalWe toured Rosecrest during our search for an Assisted Living facility for our loved one. This facility was okay. It seemed nice. The cleanliness and friendliness seemed good. The atmosphere at this facility also seemed to be good.
★★★★★
CriticalThey gave me a 10 minute tour, never invited me to sit down and talk to them, then handed me a stack of financial info to fill out. They also told me that if dad was very advanced in his dementia, they would send him upstairs to assisted nursing and the cost would be double. [Amount removed] thousand per month. They were the least friendly out of all of the places that I looked into.
★★★★★
PositiveBest experience I had with my grandmother. She was a long term resident there until she passed away. Excellent staff and high staff ratios. Great care and would highly recommend them
