PositiveThe staff is amazing, so compassionate, caring, and helpful. The care shown to residents here is excellent! There are many activities provided here:Bingo, Uno, Yahtzee, movies, crafts, chair exercises, bus trips to local stores: Kroger/Meijer/Walmart; trips to local restaurants. The food is delicious! They also meet everyone's dietary needs and restrictions. This place is very well kept, clean inside and out. My 1 bedroom apartment provides everything I need.

CriticalI visited Rosehaven Manor. They're friendly enough, but if you call their facility, they don't answer their phone. They say they have a doctor on-staff. The rooms were small. Upkeep was good. They have a rec room and it's convenient for residents. The staff seemed helpful.

CriticalThe atmosphere of the community residents has been a good experience for my mom. However, where the facility is located and the surrounding area, for most people, would be a turn-off. Shabby apartment complex across the street, liquor store across the street and this attracts drug buys and crime. Currently, she is paying [amount removed]/month (not including utilities) for a 1 bedroom. Rumor is the rent will increasing to [amount removed]/month. Just ridiculous.

PositiveMy loved one is currently a resident at Rosehaven Manor and the experience has been very good so far. The cleanliness and friendliness are good. The meals and activities are also good. Overall, this facility is a good retirement facility and I would recommend it to others.
