PositiveI give Rosewood Assisted Care 5 stars because I love the staff and having friends around. My room is mine alone with my cat to cuddle and struggle with. He loves walking around the big room and visiting his human friends. For the most part I enjoy the food. I really enjoy the activies we've had and look forward to doing more. I have been here almost 5 years and don't want to go anywhere else. We have a caring Director and she does a great job.

PositiveMy mother is in Rosewood Assisted Care, and it's been a good experience for her. It's a nice small building, so there are not too many people. The staff has been wonderful. The accommodations are very good, and I think it's a great facility. They have two apartment sizes. There's probably 90 percent of rooms of the smaller size and 10 percent of the larger size. They have a barber or beauty salon there. Each room has a half refrigerator, a microwave, and a private bathroom (many facilities we lo…

CriticalThe rooms are small, a bed and a chair is all that can fit. Staff is very sparse only one care aid per shift. None are certified CNA's. They don't have an activity director, the patients are bored. The place is on the dirty side, stains on all carpets. Management is sweet but strange.Patients seemed lonely and not well taken care of. Not impressed at all.

PositiveWe've chosen Rosewood Assisted Care for my mother. It's new, it's clean, neat, and it's very intimate. My mother liked it immediately upon seeing it, she likes that it's a small and intimate environment. She's had some issues with the food, mostly because of her ill-fitting teeth. They're pretty understaffed, and although they're doing an excellent job, everybody has to do a lot of everything. The dining area is intimate, it's small and clean, with tablecloths, and the f…

PositiveThere are only 27 residents and they always seem content and happy. The staff are always caring and smiling. My brother-in-law can joke with them and they joke back. The food is good and they cater to his particular wants.
★★★★★
PositiveMy grandmother just moved here and she loves it. Loves the food. She has been to 4 other care centers the past 2 year. And she hated them. She is so happy with the care she is at now. Thank you.
