CriticalThis place is not run very well at all! If you need to call someone there and leave a message(they never answer the phone) don’t expect a call back. Getting them to bring my mom to appointments was horrible. She missed so many because the arrangements were not made! One thing good I can say is most of the aids are caring and do their best but they are def overworked and can only do so much. Best word of advice is go daily to make sure your loved one is taken care of!

CriticalMy mom was at Rosewood Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. What happened was she was in the hospital, and that's where they had found a place for her because she needed to go to rehab, and that was the one that was available. She can do everything but get in and out of bed, and that's the problem. I would give them a rating of one because of the lack of decent food. They served cold meals to these people. A lot of people who have dementia and stuff don't know the difference. They didn't even thin…

CriticalRooms are old but kept fairly clean. Food is horrible!! MOST staff are unfriendly and avoid working as much as possible. There is a handful that actually Do their job. But many residents are neglected. Example: not changed into bed clothes at night. They are always short staffed. One charge nurse gives 9 pm meds along with 5 pm meds because she doesn't want to walk All the way down the hall twice in the evening. That is a huge med error! There were two great ladies that did the activities for many years. That …

CriticalThis facility was awful – here are three reasons. Our story is that my dad was placed here in February of 2024 after a stroke. First, when we called for help for him to go to the bathroom, it was an unreasonably long wait despite the aides (nurses?) out in the hall talking. Second, when we called to get information about how he was doing (repeatedly), we were not called back. My mom was frantic as she was home recovering from Covid and worried my dad was being neglected. I politely tried to intervene, and a nurse w…

CriticalMy mother-in-law stayed at Rosewood Rehabilitation and Nursing for rehab. She had a lot of abuse that went on. They didn't give her food. She couldn't move, so they put the food away. When they brought in the dinners, they put it where she couldn't reach it. She had diarrhea all the time. They won't put her to bed. It was just nasty. Her room was very tiny, but it was clean, and she had a roommate. It was like way down on the other end, and there was like nobody around. They have very little sta…

CriticalThe rooms are old, seldom cleaned. Stale air coming from filthy heat/ac units. Unfriendly staff..but a few are very very nice . The food sucks. Full trays go back to the kitchen. Can't get the help you need, you do it yourself...or go without. My friend, there for a broken hip. Got herself out of bed, into a wheelchair and onto the toilet, then back to bed, because it took so long for help!! Even a cup of ice is too much to ask for. Put your call light on, but be prepared to wait and wait and wait. Please do n…
