PositiveSylvia Ross Home at Ross Manor is very attractive, very welcoming, and very clean. My friend has been there for about six months now and she's very pleased. They have great care. They come in and do vitals, and you can stay there and graduate into more serious health issues. It's right there, so you don't have to go off and find another place. The food is good. She loves it. There's always some kind of entertainment going on. The fact is, I'm jealous of what she has. Nobody entertains me or…

PositiveI was in Ross Manor for rehab. They didn't explain the menu to me, so I was kind of short on food. The place is clean, with no bedbugs and nothing out of place. They have good room size. If I was going to be there for any length of time, I could see on the wall where they had hanging pictures and where the bureaus were, but right now there was nothing there in the room that I was in, except the bed.

PositiveThe thing I liked best about Ross Manor would be the personnel manning the stations, and the thing I liked least would be the food. The food servings were quite small, but the variety was good. The rooms start off with a bare room, bare walls, and you put up your own decorations. They have a walk-in shower with a bench. The room is adequate. They serve your food in your room. They had a dining area but they closed it off when COVID came in, and they haven't reopened. It's on Broadway and Broadway is a ver…

PositiveMom moved into the assisted living of Ross Manor. They had an opening and they were very nice, and it was affordable, which she could afford. It's a studio apartment, and very good. They do an awesome job. She has meals. There's a doctor that comes, she gets her hair done there, and they have a church service. They have a podiatrist that comes, they do the lab work. They have all kinds of activities for them. The staff is amazing, I haven't had any problems whatsoever. They have a nice living room an…
