PositiveI could not be more pleased with the care my friend received at Royal Home Care. Without exception, the caregivers were kind and competent. The home was clean with a beautiful garden view. Staff communicated with me often. I cannot comment on the activities but they made sure she always had a new word search book and even taught a 95 year old to use an iPad. She said the food was good.

CriticalIf you are considering this facility, be sure to CALL THEM. It is impossible to successfully reach someone at this community. Very Poor service. I was hung up on, there was no voicemail set up, and I have also received a dial tone upon multiple attempts to successfully reach someone.
