Good community, my loved one didn't care for the room. Overall not the right fit.

Mom is happy

I would give them higher than a 5 if I could on the ratings. My mom is happier than she has ever been here and they have just been phenomenal. The residents and the staff are so friendly. It is perfect for family and very conveniently located. I would absolutely recommend Royal Park Retirement to others looking.

Overall a good experience

We chose Royal Park because a fellow nurse I knew did visits here and she was impressed with them. I did also like the fact that if care increases, they will still be able to care for him. He has a studio and is is a good size for what he needs. With covid they have not had as many activities provided as they normally do. His main complaint has been the food, he said it is a good menu but a lot of residents do not like the taste and said it is bland. The services have been affected due to some staffing shortages. T…

Don't let the exterior look fool you. The inside is full of love and care.

The staff and their care services are a five plus. They keep us informed about what is going on with our loved one. On the financial side, they explained everything very thoroughly and took the time to make sure we understood what was in the future for our loved one.

Its a community

Our experience has been wonderful so far, it truly is a community atmosphere. It is smaller which we like and much nicer then the bigger communities. We would recommend Royal Park Retirement Center to others.

Very pleased with the service

We are very happy with the community. Communication is good between the staff and our family. They keep us well informed and up to date. The community is very clean and neat, and I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.
