My son has moved into Sage Park Guadalupe. It met all of his needs. It provided independent living along with a cafeteria meal prepared every day, and it has housekeeping. We like it. He likes it, and he seems to be happy there. He has only been there a month, but he seems to like it okay so far. He's not the only person who doesn't have white hair. There are other people there who are younger. It's not just an elderly community. He's able to have his companion dog with him. The location is good…

My mil has been in Juniper, now Sage, for 2 years now. While she complains repeatedly about the food and the lack of response when help is needed, my biggest concern is that the main elevator has been broken for months with apparently no plan to fix it. She and many others are on the 3rd floor; some of her neighbors cannot get their wheelchairs into the small elevator that is there which means meals and activities are compromised as well as the safety issues in case there is a need for evacuation and/or medical att…

The facility is a bit aged, but the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff far outweighs those shortcomings. The front office was great to work with and very accommodating. I wish they would have had skilled nursing so my mother could have remained at the facility.

I visited this facility

I visited and toured independent living. The main thing that hit me was the layout and the size of the apartment which I liked. I like the way it was laid out and the way it had a patio to go out on to get some fresh air every day or a place to have my coffee in the morning. The person who gave me the tour was a doll. There were two dining rooms, one bigger than the other. They pretty much have anything and everything including transportation to my doctor if I need it.
