Everyone at Salterra was kind and gracious. My wife was only there for a week before she passed so I didn't have time to interact with them, but all my encounters with the staff were excellent. Room was more than adequate and care was very good. Staff met every one of my requests promptly and thoughtfully. No complaints whatsoever.

According to me all are a 5 except for admin staff I'd give a 3 According to my father the resident he'd say the food is a 3 Overall very happy with the facility, few hiccups with the staff (more medical part than admin but they weren't an option) and we would recommend this community to other families.

The activities seem nice, however my father doesn't partake so I have no feedback The staff is always amazing everyone I go to visit The facility is constantly clean and being kept up by the cleaning staff My fathers room tidied by them as well I haven't eaten the food, it always smells delicious. My fathers only complaint is the vegetables (some people never learn to eat their veggies ha) My fathers is in a companion suite, so technically a 2 bedroom It is very spacious and still gives him a feeling of home …
