CriticalI visited Santa Maria Terrace. The rooms and everything were nice. I just didn't need that level of care. They had a library. The dining area was very nice. The staff was very knowledgeable and very friendly.

PositiveI toured Santa Maria Terrace. I was impressed with it. I like that it was a small community and that it was clean. I have nothing to compare it to. However, I did not place my parents there at this time because we were not ready. I met the administrator, and I was very impressed with her. Also, even though it was an older facility, its building is in good repair. PositiveSanta Maria Terrace was a great place. They have a lot of amenities there. They have a large community area, and they have a great place to get together. I'm most interested in the library with books; it's great. There's an activity room, too. The person who assisted me was very nice. He showed me all kinds of stuff. The place was very clean. But the price was very high.

PositiveSMT is a very fine asst living home for residents. The staff could not be better. They attend to allow needs with their best attraction. They also make a point of finding new activities for and pleasure. I have new lived here for 5 years! Thank you for your attention.
