Rooms are clean. Staff is caring and considerate. Rehab deserves 5 stare (Reliant) they kept me going after breaking my hip and due to their caring, I am leaving a week early. I would definitely come here again if I had to. I would give 5 stars, but the food is horrible. That would be my only complaint.

There's absolutely nothing to do at Sarah S. Brayton Nursing Center. I don't care about bingo. I feel younger than this. However, the nurses and the aides are good, and it's pretty clean. They keep it up and keep the rooms clean. It's not too bad. Food sucks. It is outrageous.

Within 48 hours of admission, my brother was found lying in his own feces...not once, but twice. He called the nurses' station for walking assistance with no response. He was promised physical therapy 5x a week to become stronger, which never happened. He was unable to sit up in bed because the bed was broken and its adjustments failed to work. If there was an option below one star I would be checking that.My mother was transitioned here for short term care after a hospital stay for a cardiac event. She had mild to moderate dementia upon arrival and after a 7 day stay at Sara Brayton declined to severe dementia. The staff was mostly uncaring and very rude, although t one or two were decent. While in a confused state on day 2, she was put into a recliner by the nurses station to be watched and had a fall and was transported back to the hospital. This is th…
