I'm enjoying my first year at Schaffer Heights. Hardworking staff, popular activities program, apartment size/design is just right. Elevators have frequent outages, thankfully only one of two at a time, and they could be better maintained (damaged walls, sometimes untidy.)

Positive: good security at entry point because 24-hour staffing at reception desk controls access, similar to a gated community. Attentive desk staff promptly advises residents when packages are received. Negative: elevators are not cleaned often enough although hallways and other public areas receive regular attention.

PositivePeaceful, and quiet
Quiet, Peaceful Maintenance very helpful, my apartment is spacious apt.. I am very comfortable and thus far have no complaints March will be 2 years since I moved in.. I am very independent and go about on my own, although they offer various activities for the residents such as BINGO, food shopping trips, monthly Birthday parties and Holidays Festivities, I am especially grateful that it’s a pet friendly facility and I was able to move in with my cat! Also ample parking space it’s a relief!
