The apartments are rather small but the level of care is good and the activities for memory care are good

PositiveSeascape is a nice facility where I was warmly received. The programming looks sound - I am only interested in the Memory Care. Shortcomings from my perspective are: 1. It is larger than I prefer; 2. The studio apartment I inspected has an odd floor plan; and 3. The lighting is terrible throughout the entire facility. Although not unsafe, it is gloomy and depressing-a game-changer for me.
