I visited Serenity Care Kingston. The young lady who took us on the tour and is in charge was so nice and helpful. It was a really pleasant experience. We saw what the rooms were. We were happy with what we saw. The people seemed to be having a fun time. There were a bunch of people in the lobby area. She took us to the dining room and showed us that, and we were just impressed with it because we had never been to any facilities like that, so we really didn't know what to expect. My friend is in Serenity Care Kingston. They could be at the top of their game a little bit more. She seems to adjust there because it's a private room, but they're not up to par with meeting her needs, like keeping up with personal care. The staff don't exactly have the best personalities in the world or interaction. I'm not gonna say they're mean or rude, but they're not exactly all that friendly either. They could be more compassionate with their patients and with the families. Her …

Serenity Care Kingston was very nice. The staff was nice. It was a good place. The apartments were small, but they were nice and clean. You could set it up however you wanted to set it up. We checked the dining area, and it looked nice. We didn't try the food, but they said we could take my mother there and have lunch one day, so we might still do that. They have activities, too. They were in the activity room doing stuff.

Great experience

My mother has lived at Serenity Care Kingston for the last few months and we are extremely happy with the care she receives. It is a beautiful facility with plenty of activities for your loved ones to enjoy. The food is very good and the staff are very kind and caring. We highly recommend Serenity Care when searching for an assisted living facility.

A great place for loved ones

I believe the decision to go to Serenity was the best for both my dad and us. He can still remain as independent as possible while still in a structured environment which gives him that extra push to be as active and involved as possible. We, on the other hand, realized that we would not be able to provide this for him if he still was in our home due to our own health limitations.
