Writing on behalf of my family member who lived at Serenity Empire for one full year on the ALF side. I can also speak for the family members who complained about the lack of trained, responsive staff on the memory care side as well. Owners spend more of the residents' dues on publishing a monthly magazine, Good to Be Home and running another business, Empress Lux that is using the same email address and staffing as Serenity Empire.
