PositiveI would tell a friend that, I was pleased with the care and that they are worth going to tour and speak with to see if it's a fit for your family member. And that we would use them again if the need arises.They seemed the most like home. They were very nice & didn't seem rushed on our tour. Answered all questions, etc... plus it was a close drive in distance.
