CriticalMy father was in this facility. He was left alone, the employees didn't answer the phone at all. When my mother asked questions, the head nurse didn't get back to her. He was not given enough to drink. He was filthy. One bath in 5 weeks. When he arrived home and the home care nurses saw him, they were appalled! I would not recommend this facility to anyone.
