My Family's Experience

Although my husband is no longer there, our overall experience was very positive. The care staff could improve, but all of the other staff was great. The food was good. Cleanliness was excellent, the apartment was excellent, and the activities were excellent.

Tour was informative and the facility was nice. I didn’t have much interaction with the staff, only with the marketing person. Ran into 2 memory care residents and they seemed very content.

Bait and switch

I have serious concerns about this facility. They seem to practice the bait and switch method. Within 1 week of my mom moving in they tried saying we needed to move her into their memory care unit. For no reason. They also added diagnoses to her chart that her doctor did not diagnose and actively had to tell them to remove. They just want to move everyone into memory care to make money

Caring help in a time of need

The staff and care have been excellent. My mom is eating better and is now at a healthy weight. She is joining activities and being social. It's very clean and the studio apartment is an ideal size for her. She has a second floor room with a nice view of the mountains. She has become more active able to walk in the courtyard daily. Overall it's the best thing we could have done for my Mom.

Everyone is super friendly, helpful and understanding. Clean, well organized. Nice spaces for the residences and lovely center courtyard that feels safe.

Very friendly, caring and knowledgeable staff! They were patient with us and understanding and supportive of our needs! The residents seemed happy and settled! It was a pleasant community! The food was very good, especially the dessert!!
