Considering we had to get her out , the place would not even rate a one. This proprietor would take my Mothers wheelchair and put it on the other side of the room so she could not get out of bed and get to the restroom and. She would not heed my Mothers screaming to go to the bathroom , it was like She was through after 7 PM. There is a rude/mean proprietor that will make you leave( the visitor/loved one) at 7pm daily and have everyone in bed so that She can relax the rest of the night. The proprietor also likes to…

My husband has lived at Silvertop for almost two years. He has consistently received excellent care. The staff has always been gentle and patient and loving. I've come to trust the owner and caregivers to keep my husband safe and healthy. He enjoys the home cooked meals and family style dining. I feel welcome when I visit.

My mother is so happy here! She always talks about how fancy it is and feels like it is her house! The times we take her out for an appointment etc. she tells the care staff she loves them and promises she will be back! Such peace of mind for me. I love that they get her up and dressed each morning and make her bed. When she was at home and then a nursing home, she would lay in bed most of the day, so SilverTop has been an absolute blessing.
