Based on feedback from my loved one, the food is substandard. Proteins are drowned in sauces or gravies, vegetables are over cooked. 3 mouthfuls of salad or soup are served. There is a shortage of kitchen help no substitutions are allowed. Sandwiches come on one type of bread with one type of cheese because nothing is made to order. All travel activities have been canceled because “ the price of fuel is too high” and now the main shuttle is in disrepair and cannot be used. A small van takes residents to appointmen…

Solista Bellevue by Cogir is very nice. I had looked at many places, and it's great here. I have no complaints. It's a large place, and it has a large outside area. The staff keeps things clean. It compared favorably to much more expensive places. They have game times that you can go to. They have a list of activities you can do throughout the day. Solista Bellevue by Cogir was great. It was a really lively community. People were super friendly. They were going out of their way to come over and talk to us. The residents were really, really happy. Shannon was the one who gave us our tour. She was lovely. She had a lot of really good information about the facility and was happy to show us around. They were doing some transitional stuff, trying new things with breakfast. She was very open about explaining the process and why they're happy to try new things …

We worked quite closely with the sales manager, [name removed] We made several trips. She was always available for us. She took the time to help measure spaces for furniture and suggested ideas like removing closet doors to accommodate dressers. We were introduced to the chefs. We were invited to a happy hour so we could meet residents. She worked with us so there was a clear understanding of the rental contract.
