My mother-in-law has been at Southern Pines Memory Care for over six months, and we are so happy with the care she receives. We have so much more peace of mind knowing she is being well cared for, and we really appreciate the communication we receive about her care and the activities and events she participates in. The lack of good housekeeping is, I believe, temporary. My husband is receiving good care overall, and there are numerous activities available for the residents of the memory care facility.

The food could be better. The staff is very nice, I'm enjoying my stay here. The food can use a little help, but it's getting better, I would recommend this place,

I actually took 3 tours. I was impressed with the size of the rooms in memory care, the staff, and the interactions they had with the residents. The tour guide was friendly, understanding, and patient. We emailed her an extensive list of of questions, which she forwarded to the executive director. The director called me the next morning and talked with me for about an hour, answering all to my satisfaction.

What's to say! They are an EXCELLENT choice, with staff that goes the extra mile not just for the patient, but also the patients loved ones. Definitely would recommend this community to others! I just wish more people could afford the nursing/end-of-life care when they need it.
