What we enjoy at Splendido!

Great accommodations, villas & apartments. Good food, friendly staff. Residents very social and friendly. Lots to do! Life care program a BIG plus. When you move in to independent, assisted, memory care living you are assured being able to be with your loved one as your life progresses. We moved here from Savannh, GA. Come and see for yourself! come see it yourself

Disappointed. New management ruin a wonderful place

Terrible. New management in 2019 thru 2020 only cares about the money. Limited caregivers & CNA’s. Don’t go there. Not like it used to be.

It's a senior apartment complex, like assisted living light. The have food service but you're more independent. It seems like a good program but it's really expensive. They had a different business model because you have to put a down payment. You had to invest a fair amount of money and then it's cheaper per month. I think when you leave you get 90% of it back, or something like that.
