Staff/care: Excellent! Activities are well planned, food is great - they do a good job of meeting individual dietary needs, the facility is very clean - and the rooms are sized just right.

Genuine Care

Wonderful staff...friendly and helpful, always display a happy attitude and give genuine care to each resident. Very clean rooms, lots of fantastic activities. The food is outstanding.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My father is in the assisted living facility of Spring Arbor of Greenville. That is where his father went, and I knew that if I took him somewhere where he knew his father received good care, he'd be more likely to feel better about it. He started with a shared space. He has his own bedroom, but they share a sitting area and a bathroom. Luckily, he was not there long before he was taken to a private room, where he is now. The staff have been very helpful. 1 = 1 2 = 4 other than when they let my sister sit in her urine and it trailed across the floor 3 = 4 some where friendly 4 = 2 the women in charge of the cottage made fun of anyone who helped my sister. 5 = not sure 6 = never gave her enough water 7 = 1. Clean and Friendly

From my own experience and the places I looked at prior to committing to Spring Arbor of Greenville I will give SA a 5. I would have picked a different one for myself but I looked for my sister in law and what/where was her best fit. It was easy to start their care, I give that a 5. It seems to be a very friendly facility. They have had several turnovers with staff and that seemed hard for my sister in law to handle. My mom is doing good there

Mom is staying active, she says the food is good. The staff is professional and friendly. Someone did break her TV, they replaced it until I got her a new one, but I did not find out about it until I visited mom.
