Staff are numerous and seem to be integrated into the unit (memory care). They are attentive and know who I am and who my father is. Food appears good (dad ain't losing any weight!) Facility is clean and smells nice. Rooms is large. He is in a 1 person room and it is sizeable. Everyone seems to like him and talk to him when he walks by. I am very pleased so far. No complaints.

We have chosen Spring Arbor of Steele Creek, and it was for assisted living. It's for both my parents, so they needed to have a suite-apartment style option, and they have that available there. The staff was very friendly. The facility itself was bright and sunny. The rooms were bright and funny, too. The Sales & Marketing Director made the move in process smooth, organized, and exactly as promised, even scheduling a follow-up meeting two weeks later to ensure things were going well.
