PositiveLife-changing
This facility has been a blessing for my older brother with intellectual disabilities. He is very social, and now he always has people to talk to. When he lived with me and my husband, his "light" was snuffed because he needs people. I thought I was doing the right thing keeping him home but he is SO much happier now. Staff are fantastic with him, when he's happy and also when he needs "an attitude adjustment!" Highly recommend Spring Arbor of Wilson. Glad we made it happen financially because now I'm a better sist…

The staff are friendly. They are patient and attentive. They keep the laundry done and bed made. They have activities more so during the week. Mealtimes are very quiet. I wish the staff interacted more or would play music during meals. The mattresses aren't great. The Cottage is very clean and secure.
