My husband and I moved in here on [date removed] and have felt comfortable and welcome here. We have made new friends and staff is always helpful. We have a first floor unit with parking out back. The building has several elevators and stairs, and getting around is easy. The corridors are long but it gets us walking and moving around. The restaurant is a friendly meeting and eating place, with a first-class chef who offers a varied and interesting menu every week. (It's not a "Monday is meatloaf, Friday is fish" so…

Mom is happy and peaceful!

The caregiver/resident ratio is great. She had fallen a few times and they have let us know timely. Mom is happy and peaceful. She likes the field trips and Charles the activity director. My only complaint is that we pay a lot of money each month and it's our responsibility to provide Depends & wipes. Seems like they could get a much better bulk price and save the headache of us having to provide them.

Admin could improve

Overall we were pleased by front line staff and the condition of the facility. There was an awful lot of turnover of mid-level administrative staff which was problematic. Information was given to. Is that was either not always correct or not followed through with. My mom's situation did get more complicated as she transitioned onto Hospice and assisted living (from independent living) at the same time. RCS was also doing a survey at the time and staff were preoccupied with that vs residents care. Understandable bu…

Spring Creek is a fantastic community with friendly staff and residents. My mom only stayed a few weeks because we realized she panics without constant company in her immediate space and her husband ended up not being able to join her. We have since moved her in with us and acquired in home care supports.

Caring staff

Stairwells were dirty. We were promised the carpets would be cleaned before moving in. They were not. Apt. was nice size. Staff during the day assigned to my MIL floor was amazing. I wish I could remember her name.
