The staff was so kind. He doesn't do activities. They did not clean his room well.

Our experience

The experience was good under the circumstances. My husband was in care for eight months before passing. Most of the "problems" were my getting used to the new circumstances and him settling in. After about three months, we had a routine and I finally learned how to cope with not having him home. The one thing that bothered me the most was, oddly enough, was laundry! Our mother spent the last days of her life here enjoying excellent, caring, consistent, dignified, professional care. I cannot overstate my brother's and my gratitude to Heather W. and the amazing staff that cared for and watched over our mother. Every single friend of my mother's that came to see her (some visited multiple times!) had nothing but praise for the facility and the care my mother was receiving. We will be forever grateful. We can only rave about SPRING CREEK. [Name Removed] is amazing. The staff is amazing my 84-year-old father is very pleased relieved that my sister is being so cared for and and he is not a very complementary man I have to say.

Help through trying times

Everything was very good. The staff gave my wife, [name removed], very good care from start to finish. I can't say enough good stuff about how [name removed] was treated. Spring Creek helped me through a very stressful time. I had exceptional support from everybody I dealt with.

Spring Creek Inn

Staff is very friendly and good with the residents. Very caring. I know its hard for them to be in 20 places at once but they do their best. I am pleased with the care my husband receives.
