I don't know what stands out. He's well taken care of. His room and clothes are clean. His medical needs are met. He's comfortable. They are really great. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

I visited Spring Haven Senior Living. Madeline spoke to us extensively. She was very nice and very informative. She referred us to another place and said they were a little cheaper. The thing is, she says, if my mom has an incontinence issue, we would have to pay an additional $400 because they would have to wash her linens more often than once a week. I liked the fact that they offer that service. I just couldn't afford it, but I'm still considering them. She showed me a little bit in the hallway. I like…

My grandfather recently is transitioning into Spring Haven. They have made the experience very easy and delightful. Everyone is very warm and welcoming. We are very appreciative of them all. The facility in the grounds are very well kept and it’s such a beautiful place.
