My mother is in Spring Oak Conway. I've actually been very, very happy. They communicate very nicely with me, and she is happy with the food. She is the fussiest of eaters. She has very limited types of cuisine she likes, and because they have two options with all three meals, she's thrilled with the food. I never thought I'd find someplace where she'd be happy with the food. They take very good care of her as far as helping her keep her apartment clean and making sure her medications are fine. …

It's only been a month but so far all the staff I have dealt with have been fantastic, caring and always willing to help, The place is very clean, and the 1 bedroom studio my father has is fairly large, My father says the food is pretty good. His only complaint at this time is they wake him up to take his medicine, which is perfect to me because now I know he is taking them, [Name Removed] has been a blessing, she was able to convince my father to give Spring Oak a try, we were unsuccessful for a year.

My relative is in Spring Oak Conway. I like the place because the individual rooms are very spacious and very bright. The residents are inclined towards each other. They have a lot of activities. They keep them busy. They interact with the residents. They come into their rooms. Staff is very friendly and most of them really care and respect my Mom. She loves her apartment. Not very mobile so she can't take take advantage of all the amenities. We had visited several places and we really like the staff and her accommodations. The handyman helped us through any task that she needed. Speech therapist was the most helpful.
