Accident waiting to happen

I have serious concerns about maintenance and nighttime resident safety at Spring Village at Hammonton. My aunt calls me every time the elevator repeatedly breaks down, especially when it rains. There are water leaks, water service is shut off for hours and turned back on, and air-conditioning units are not working. Rude management

My loved one lived here, and I visited frequently. We had repeated concerns about call-bell response, medication communication, and difficulty getting clear answers about their care. Questions were often met with defensiveness and hostility rather than helpful explanations. We ultimately moved my loved one out because we lost confidence in the care and management. Based on our family’s experience, I would not recommend this facility.

This place is terrible, and if you look them up on the NJDOH website, they've been cited 20x in 2yrs. My parents lived here and I spent several days each week visiting them and helping with their care. Based on my family’s firsthand experience, I had serious concerns about staffing, responsiveness, communication, management, and resident safety. Two family members there

My Mom and Aunt moved in this past June where we had to move them from another assistant living that failed them! The first day they arrived, they were welcomed by the staff like they were already family! The atmosphere at Spring Village is beautifully decorated with a feeling of a hotel but cozy like a home! The food is restaurant style with several choices from breakfast, lunch and dinner! Great fit for mom

Our Mom just loves it there. The chef comes out all the time and asks if everything is ok. She has made a lot of new friends and really enjoys the social activities. The staff has been terrific with our mother who is blind. They make sure to read her the menu every day. We are so happy with our choice to move her there. Couldn't recommend it enough.

very clean, friendly place

I give all categories a 5. My mother really likes the food and has invited her friends for lunch! A very big positive for a picky eater. The staff has been terrific and the place is always clean! I would highly recommend Spring Village. Price is comparable to most other places.
