PositiveMy mom moved to The Watermark At 3030 Park. The people all seem to be very caring. The food is good. The people are good. Everything seems to be working out pretty well so far. Her room is pretty nice. It's got everything she needs. We've sort of redecorated a little bit, made it her own, and she's comfortable and happy. They have all kinds of activities and stuff, but she's not a super social person.
★★★★★
PositiveThey do a great job welcoming and introducing new residents into the community. They could digitize the events though, they just have a newsletter and bulletin board, a digital reminder through phone or Alexa would be helpful
★★★★★
PositiveWatermark is a Community of residents and associates who all share the same spirit of joy and compassion. The activities, the food, the atmosphere and culture are wonderful . The staff is there for us every day to guide us through both our good times and our times of sorrow.

PositiveI am very happy here at the Watermark at 3030. The adjustment was good and the activities keep me busy all day. The exercise classes have been very good and helpful in keeping me active. The games keep my brain going. The food is very good. All the residents are friendly and pleasant. The associates are helpful and very accomodating to my needs. The added bonus here is that the Catholic Mass is scheduled twice a week. The walking train outside is amazing. I love it here!
★★★★★
PositiveTh Watermark at 3030 Park is well run. Everybody's very courteous and it's very nice having all of the retired nuns around it is very appealing to a Catholic.

PositiveI'm a resident at the independent living facility and have resided here for about 2.5 years. The transition when I first arrived was the most difficult period which lasted about 3 months. Once I began making friends with other residents and getting into a routine that was comfortable for me my life here changed for the better. Today, I feel I'm part of the community with no regrets for my choice of living facilities. There exists a friendly atmosphere among the residents and we are all family. The staff is very p…
