I visited this facility

I visited St. Ann's Community at Chapel Oaks. It was very well done, very interesting, and more regal than the other place. It was very well taken care of. The staff was very courteous, very knowledgeable, very open and friendly, and had a very nice personality. I know several people who live there, and they said the food was excellent. The two-bedroom unit that we saw was vacant, very roomy, and very nicely laid out.

I first visited St. Ann's Community at Chapel Oaks with a friend of mine who was also looking to move in there. I liked it a lot. What I really liked was the choice of floor plans for the apartments. I saw the whole facility. One thing that they had that the other community did not have was an indoor pool. I do water aerobics, so that was a factor for me. What we like the most about the community is that the people seem generally happy to work there so they must be treated well. We would absolutely 100% recommend St. Ann's Community at Chapel Oaks to other families!!

I toured St. Ann's Community at Chapel Oaks and it was a great tour and a great facility. I liked it. The only thing was, it's further away from home than we were looking for.

Our family had an in person tour and St. Ann's is a very lovely place, but it was just not going to work with our loved one. They don't have medical staff on hand so to us it seemed more like a retirement community.

My mother-in-law has been at St. Ann's Community at Chapel Oaks for a year now. It really has everything that you would need. The staff is very accommodating, very friendly, and supportive. The food is good. The apartments are nice. The facility is very clean, well kept, spacious enough, sunny, and cheerful. They have balconies, which I like. They don't have a lot of activities with COVID, but they have exercise and a book club.
