CriticalTo be fair to St.Ann’s, this is a issue across the board. If your elderly family member is gay hold on tight.. they get to enjoy no care, no showers for days/weeks on end. Even the sweet lady at the front desk couldn’t stand the stench. My Uncle has since passed at 77 years old, but I’m still horrified and feel as tho I let him down being his out of state PR. God Bless you on this sickening journey.
