CriticalWhere to begin. This place is terrible. I am trying to think of something positive to relay but I can’t think of a thing. The place is dirty with trash laying on the floors for days. The food is so nasty and unhealthy. For patient on cardiac low salt diet items served were chili hot dogs and gravy laden mystery meat. They placed call button on the floor where bed bound patient could not possibly reach. They do not do frequent checks on patients body for skin integrity although they will tell you they are. CriticalIf I could give this place less than one star, I would. My loved one was in the skilled unit for 10 days. The first 5 his teeth were not even brushed. His only "bath" was with some sort of wipes. I was never contacted by them. I would not even take a dog there. There is no service there.
