This is a privately owned assisted living facility for low income residents who are on Medical assistance or in some cases, abandoned by their family and under the assistance of the county or adult protective services. The facility is currently undergoing some flooring replacement, but the whole facility could use a facelift. There was some odor, but nothing obnoxious.
