CriticalWhen I arrived no one answered the door had to call the contact person and she said someone will be there shortly. Noticed that there was someone inside. Well right off my brother needs 24/7 care. The place was cleand the ladt that showed me was very nice and answered all my questions. But I don't feel this will work for my brother.
