CriticalStaff was hard to get a hold of when I would be there visiting. My family developed bed soars that turned septic because their position wasn't changed enough and nothing was done to help keep them from laying on the side with the soars. My family member needed help with moving cause they couldn't do it by themselves. Would never let anyone you love and care about go to this place.
★★★★★
PositiveThe rooms are large and airy and very homelike especially for my loved one who was there for rehab. The dining room is very much like a home setting and it was especially nice to see all the staff serving the residents like a restaurant. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very easy to get a hold of when needed. Their therapists were also top notch and were key to getting my loved one home stronger.
★★★★★
CriticalThe rooms are adequate if you have a private room. Very small and crowded if double occupancy. So far it has been hard to identify what the food actually is since they want to puree it. Puree is not necessary for my family member. It seems to take an inordinate amount of time to get call lights answered. It has taken up to 1.5 hours. Usually close to an hour. Both my family member and I have a very difficult time getting ANY information regarding care, appointments, etc. Ask a question and always get an I don'…

CriticalMy father was 3 days in and they dropped him twice in one day and tried to hide is injuries to his elbow and his back. He died hours later as they filled him with morphine.

PositiveMy husband is at Stafholt Health and Rehab of Cascadia. They provide physical and occupational therapy for him. The staff is very helpful and extremely pleasant. His room is very adequate. The food is fine. They have televisions in every room. They also have call buttons in every room and the bathroom. There's a large dining room for the residents to eat. They have a wide area available. It's a rehab hospital. So, for a hospital, I think it's fine. My husband is in the older wing. So if I have to rat…

PositiveStafholt was one facility that I went to that I really like. That's also where my mother seemed to be most comfortable with. The facility itself was immaculate. It was really nice. I really like it. It was totally separate from the rest of the facilities. They have their own dining hall and everything and that was very nice. Their rooms and staff were great.
