I visited this facility

The facility is so well taken care of and clean and the staff, especially Mamie, are so caring and kind. We’ve toured several independent/assisted living facilities and Story Point was the best value and nicest place we have found so far. I was extremely impressed!

The staff were great, but they were always understaffed. They seemed exhausted, always nice but always short staffed. My parents loved the food. Room size was good and everything was always clean.

Extremely Happy

I would have to double the rating it is that great a place. They offer delicious and heart healthy food prepared by Chef [name removed] and his associates. All of the staff is professional, knowledgeable helpful and very friendly. Many fun amenities led by staff and residents. Transportation to and from doctors and local shopping. The best part of all is how friendly the residents are. We are one big happy family having fun together every day.

A wonderful place to live

My wife and I have been residents of StoryPoint Collierville for four years. Moving here was one of the best decisions we ever made. The staff is outstanding, our apartment is great and the food is wonderful. We are more active than we ever were in our home. There are a wide variety of social activities we enjoy. So happy to see how well cared for my family member is here!!

I am so grateful we chose StoryPoint for my family member. They made it such a stress free transition for all of us. It was a big decision for the entire family but as soon as we walked in we felt at home. The staff is so helpful and kind. They all go above and beyond. My aunt is happy to have found such a great home .
