AJ gets her life back

Our Aunt was very excited to see the independent living options in Louisville. She was quick to choose Storypoint East after touring a couple others in the area. She loves the food and companionship as well as the easy living from her new one bedroom apartment. Mission accomplished.

No problem recommending this facility. It met my brother's needs perfectly. Corporate made some change's recently, specifically in dining, that he felt were a down grade. Still satisfactory. His one bedroom apartment is good size and has great closet space. The shared facilities have had upgrades. They are super nice.

Very Warm Environment

You can tell from the moment you walk in this building that the staff all have one thing in common- they love their jobs and the people that live there. I don’t have the words that describe how the employees here go above and beyond to see smiles and laughter. This community has done a lot of changing in the past year 1/2. It’s honestly amazing. Keep coming with the improvements it’s definitely not going unnoticed!

StoryPoint Louisville East offered freshly renovated apartments, a convenient location, and excellent food service along with active, congenial residents. Most importantly for me, the staff were and remain naturally caring, warm, professional, and effective. I have been here for about three weeks and every interaction with staff and every meal has reinforced my initial positive impressions. I feel that I have found a true home.

I can actually give it a five. And the reason for that is, I do not expect for people to have to wait on me hand and foot. And I know it's gonna take some time at different times to get my food. I do not believe in gripping and complaining about that like most of the women do at StoryPoint. I love how they try to make you happy and the staff is all friendly. Enjoying Senior Living

This is a wonderful place. I feel so loved. They let you live independent but when you have questions or need help they are there with a hand. The activities are wonderful and the friendships I created here are now extended family. I wouldn’t have it any other way. This is the best place.
