Food service is unreliable

The food quality is hit and miss. Very unreliable on times food gets delivered, often cold and not edible. They have often lost meal order and failed to deliver meal with no follow up. In addition they often close dining room with no notice before the posted of hours operation.

I visited this facility

We toured and really loved StoryPoint Prospect's memory care. They just didn't have any openings and weren't sure when they were going to have any. Other than that, everything there looked immaculate. The landscaping and the interior were a little more upscale than the others. It's also a much larger place. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

We have had a positive experience in the memory care area at StoryPoint Prospect (3 years at this point). The staff are kind and helpful, and dad enjoys the food. There is significant caregiving staff turnover, but I don't think that that is unusual for this type of work. We have also been happy with the therapists and doctors that provide service to StoryPoint.

The rooms are great and the perfect size. The staff is amazing here.

Staff is kind and the inside and outside is inviting and always so well put together.

A great place that cares

Storypoint has always treated and cared for my mother with respect and kindness and have always been good to her. The staff is excellent and my mother enjoys being here.
