The experience has been overall very good and the care is great. My frustration is not necessarily their fault, it is just with the meds. They make you go through their company for medications and they were not on network so it costed a lot more. But the care and the price in terms of monthly rent has been great. The staff are really good and always very friendly. She gets insulin 4 times a day and they are prompt with that. She has made some friends and she likes the other residents. PositiveOur family had an in person tour and it was a great experience, the gentlemen who gave the tour was not pushy at all you could tell he was made for this position. However we were not able to see a two bedroom apartment and it was to pricey.
