My uncle was at the facility. He hated it there and couldn’t wait to leave. They were rude and always too busy to help him. He wasn’t changed nearly as often as he should have been. They didn’t check in on him and would just let his call light go unanswered. Terrible.

We had a good experience with the Suites at Continuing Healthcare of Niles. It was really nic, everyone was great, and I was really happy with the place. I wanted my grandparents to stay. They were very nice, very accommodating, and the facility was beautiful. My grandfather needed help with pretty much everything including bathing, and meds. My grandparents didn't complain about the food, the dining area was really nice, it's really homey, like a restaurant setting, and wasn't like a hospital, which…

It's been almost 15 years since it opened, but it's still attractive. My mother was independent to almost the end, and then we did get some help for her. If…

I visited this facility

Autumn Hills Care Center couldn't have been a better place for my grandmother to recover from her bout of pneumonia last year. She was there for almost two months while she was getting her strength back and besides not feeling well she described it to me as a little vacation. I went there almost everyday and every day that I went there my grandmother was actively doing something to keep her busy and get to know the other people staying there. They had things such as bingo, music, movies, parades, etc. She love…
