PositiveWe love it here!
We love it here and everyone we have met( i.e. staff and residents) is friendly and helpful. Any needs are addressed almost immediately. We have tried to address needs gradually so we don't come off as being too demanding. Was surprised to find oven had not been cleaned but have reported it and it is now scheduled. The one other problem that we will be addressing is the counter top in the kitchen. It is In very poor shape with a lot of pitting, roughness etc. H Ave not reported that as yet but plan to do so soon. …

Just love it here. After just one month here, I know I made the right choice. They bend over backward to accommodate your wishes. There are just too many things to do, that one couldn't possibly accomplish them all.

We are moving into Summit at Glenwyck. The place is beautiful, and the people are all very nice, everyone I've met. Today, I met my across-the-hall neighbor. She was so excited to meet me. They had a continental breakfast, and we all sat and chatted. It was just like you're with your neighbors. It was good. The staff are very attentive, and they're very welcoming. They do their jobs the best they can. They have a gym, pool, and a community room where they do a lot of painting lessons and jigsaw puzzl…

I met more staff and residents at Summit at Glenwyck. I was talking to the beautician and the maintenance people because they were doing one of the apartments. They were all very friendly. The only negative thing about them is they're like luxury hotels, and I'm not a luxury hotel person. I'm a country girl. The residents all readily just smiled and said hi and hello.
