I'm at Summit at Mill Hill. However, I like the convenience of it. It's quiet. It has all the resources for aging. The bathroom has grab bars and stuff like that. It is very, very comfortable. The only reason I'm looking for another place is that it's too costly. The staff members are very caring. If they don't see me, they will come and ask if I need something or whatever. We loved the independent living community of Summit at Mill Hill in Guilderland. They just don't have the meal component, but everything else about it is wonderful. The staff was excellent, and the people seemed very happy, which is a big deal. We got to talk to some residents, and they seemed so happy there. We moved to Summit at Mill Hill in late October 2020 and quickly came to appreciate the strong sense of community and opportunities to socialize that define life here. Summit At Mill Hill was nice. It was just extremely expensive. I think there was a buy-in requirement, which is about the price of a house upfront to get in. It was a lovely place. The grounds were beautiful. The inside was decorated. It was top-of-the-line. It was like being at a resort. They had a lot of activities going on. Highly recommend- lots of amenities

Very good/attentive staff, [name removed] is the facility director and she is great. They have a lot of amenities, unfortunately, I am 63 & still working, so I could not take advantage of many. My apartment was a very good size, I am only one person so it was the perfect size for me. They do have washers and dryers in the units which I miss! It is expensive, but they have so much to offer. I would highly recommend Summit at Mill Hill!

I went to Summit At Mill Hill. I thought everything was very helpful. The lady that was supposed to be giving me the tour was a little bit late getting there. But there was another lady that took her place and took me around and showed me all of the amenities that they have there, which are virtually identical to what they have at the other place.
