PositiveMany staff members push this to a solid 5+! Cleanliness of facility: 4 -again, staff do a great job. From maintenance ( especially [name removed]) to precious staff who clean Mom's room, to the always clean and welcoming dining room- however, the building itself is showing some need from the owners for attention/ updates. Friendliness- 5. Many staff members push this higher than a 5!! Quality of care: 4-5+ depending on the staff! Mom's needs are always met, but certain staff consistently go the extra mile to provi…

PositiveThey are compassionate, know how to deal with memory care patients. One complaint. The different shifts were not on the same page. There was a huge communication gap. Mom was transitioning and we're told NOT to get her up and 1/2 the staff didn't know this. They put her in a wheelchair and she was dying.....

CriticalMy father lived at Summit Place of South Park Assisted Living from October 2022 until June 2024. There were some positive aspects to the facility. The building is nicely decorated and, for the most part, well maintained. The food was consistently good, and several individual staff members were kind and well-intentioned. PositiveSummit Place of South Park was very acceptable. However, it was a little bit larger and had several levels, which I thought my mom and dad would have a harder time acclimating to and getting to know people. I know my parents would get tired of waiting for an elevator and would go up the stairs, and then we'd have a fall. So, it was just not as intimate as the other place. The thing that I would recommend about that place is the tenure of their staff. It really was a positive for me because they didn't hav…

PositiveI recently moved into Summit place of South Park. I’ve made some new friends that were also in the military. I am impressed by the food and I never miss out on my meals. I hope to keep working to get stronger so I can start going out on the outings. I would like to try some of the new restaurants in town.

PositiveMy experience has been an eye opener! I never thought about being in assisted living community. I’ve lived here over 10 years! I continue to enjoy my friendships that I have made here. I love going on the shopping trips and restaurants. I love this place and my home here. I am 96 and rejuvenated here!
