My dad has mostly had a good experience in his first 9 months at Sunrise. The staff has missed some routine services a fee times but is generally responsive when called upon. He likes the food and his room; house cleaning has been solid.

PositiveSeemed clean and well kept, and lunch looked fantastic. The residents that I saw seemed happy overall as did the employees that we crossed paths with. Seems like a competitively priced place, in a busy section of Raleigh.

Activities are great There is a lot of turnover with staff however, there are some great women My apartment is a nice size It is kept clean The food is OK, but not great The ED and managers are OK, they are usually helpful when you ask them for help directly I do have to wait for care longer than I want a lot Overall, Sunrise at North Hills is a nice place to live, but has problems like anywhere else and has good things too. It is worth checking out.
