PositiveThe person that greeted us gave a very comprehensive tour. Explained everything and answered all my questions. The facility is clean, organized and bright. Gave me some contacts that might be useful. The person was friendly and seems to know all the residents by name and they were very happy to say hi to her. The underground parking was kind of dark when I got there but later it seemed brighter. The price is a little higher than I was expecting but it seems appropriate to the offered services.

Sunrise of Coral Gables is a superior facility. My family member is on the Memory Care floor and so needs and receives dedicated attention. The caregivers treat her like family but also make sure she engages in a wide range of activities when she can. The facility is new (2025) and is super-clean and decorated with a modern palette and local artists' work. Public spaces, tv/movie rooms, art/activity alcoves and wheelchair-safe balconies are available on multiple floors. PT is on premises, as is a small salon. The d…

First of all the building is nice. It celebrated its 1st year anniversary on [date removed]. We live on the 6th floor and the suites are nice size. Each suite on our floor has a small sink and refrigerator. This place I believe is unique because independent and assisted living couples can live together in the same suite. It is very expensive to live here. It is private pay although I am living here under my long term insurance while my husband who lives as independent pays a portion of the rent. Sunrise Corporatio…

The place is great, they take good care of mom and are always friendly and patient. My only negative comment would be regarding the cost which is on the very high end, and everything they add is an additional charge.

CriticalThey are literally drugging my mom to charge more
This place is willing to hurt our mother in order to make more money. We have told them, our mother's general doctor has told them not to give them any medication, but the ones he has prescribed and they have gone behind my and her doctor's back to give her medications that are causing her to fall over and have accidents. We have taken our mother out of here before writing this review in fear that they would hurt her or drug her more in response. Please do not trust this place, they will tell you what you want to h…

Positiveexcellent care in Miami area
Memory Care staff are patient, kind, and attentive. The bldg is only one year old and is really lovely with many shared 'living rooms ' and wheelchair safe outdoor verandas. Food is excellent with multicultural variety. Activities are. gauged to individuals and physical therapy is on premise. Dentist, dermatologist and hair/nail services are arranged to come in.
