The residents and staff are warm and friendly.

I’ve been here 4 months, and I call it home. The staff is excellent, and have been here for years. The staff seem happy working here. The residents welcome new people with open arms. You’ll get many invitations to dinner. The staff work hard, and they don’t treat it as “just a job.” They genuinely care about the residents. The food is good though there is room for improvement. We have a new chef, and they’ve increased the wait staff to reduce serving delays. The amenities are very good: 2 meals daily, transportatio…

Daughter of a Resident

My dad fell in love with this Huntcliff after our initial vist. The staff and the residents were all extremely friendly and helpful. He fell in love with the fact that they have happy hour and tablecloths in the dining area. He loved his apartment and we actually took over the model apartment which he fell in love with. He has been very active in the Jewish connection as well as the social. He has been swimming and enjoying his community. It has been a great fit.

And the moment we walked into the door until we signed to live there, it was a remarkable experience. The person who toward us was incredible. My father fell in love with it. It was clean. It was friendly. It was exactly what my father was looking for, and he didn’t even know he was looking for it. The space of the apartment is fantastic. The food the happy hour the social calendar absolutely amazing who signed on to move their [date removed].

The staff is wonderful. They emphasis the importance of the residents. It’s people focused. Lovely ambience, great amenities. We have chosen it as our home.

I visited this facility

The tour with Sunrise of Huntcliff Summit I was good. The place is OK. It's just a little too old, and we wanted to have something a little newer. The staff was great. Overall, if not for the age of the community, that would have been OK. The cleanliness was OK. It was clean.

Even though the building could be updated a bit, I really liked the facilities. They have an indoor heated pool as well as a greenhouse and small garden “plots” for the residence to plant. Both those things were pluses as far as I am concerned. Exercise room could be improved on. There is also good green space and a small walking trail for a dog. People were very friendly and there were lots of activities available during the day.
