I think it is very expensive for elderly people who don't have unlimited amounts of income. The facility is beautiful and the food service seems adequate. My comments about staff healthcare... The healthcare provided by the staff is terrible. Communication is almost nonexistent, and there are frequent medication mix-ups. It can take weeks just to get a simple answer or follow-up, which is extremely frustrating when health concerns are involved. I constantly felt ignored and had very little confidence that issues were being handled properly or in a timely manner. Beautiful facility needing vast improvements

Communication isn't great. Attention to medications is poor. Most staff seem nice and attentive. Others could be better. Administration needs better organization and communication with the families. Beautiful facility but hasn't been great with administering care for a man who has high-care needs. Very expensive.

The facility was beautiful and very clean. [Name removed] welcomed me warmly. She took me on the tour explaining every important aspect in detail. Then I met with [Name removed] who invited me into her office, so I could ask questions. She answered all my questions patiently without making me feel rushed.

[name removed] was very helpful in providing information about facility and also provided a tour of facility. I would be very comfortable to have my loved ones stay at Sunrise.
