PositiveComfortable, peaceful place for mom.
Staff was very attentive and treated our mom with respect and dignity. There were many activities offered to the residents. Many times staff was participating with the residents. The food was ok. It was served at the right temperature but didn't look appealing. I feel the unit was kept clean as well as our mom's room. The rooms are generous sizes and are nice and bright. We were extremely pleased with Sunrise OP.

The staff have been great. The OP and PT therapists have been awesome, very encouraging and personal. Mom thinks food is bland. The studio apartment is small. We're hoping to get a one bedroom when available. Mom's not big on activities. The facility is well maintained and clean.

All 5 except for the care services, which id put at a 4. Nothing major - just a little more lax on getting her up and moving (which is one of the main reasons we left the old place) - They ([removed]) let her just sit in a wheelchair and she lost all ability to stand and walk. I've had to do a few reminders / requests for her to walk more. Before she moved in, they cleaned, painted, and put in new carpet. We've been happy with the communication. Staff is very attentive and respectful. Most times there are activities and staff is always present. Rooms are bright and good size. As our mom's needs have changed staff has appropriately adjusted to meet her needs.

CriticalNot a good place for mom
I would give a zero if I could. I have been in several assisted living conditions, and that was by far the worst I have ever been in! The staff was terrible. They were rude, and you never had enough they ignored call lights the food was a nightmare. Administrative staff were mean! They were very unkind and unsympathetic I would never ever ever recommend that place to anybody!
